I would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking/on the fence about doing it, yes, even if you know a bit about property there is still so much more to learn. But there is so much more you and Eimear talk about and teach that doesn’t include just property, mindset, setting goals, pointing you in the right direction of people that can help i.e. accountants, surveyors, tradesmen etc, networking with others, always completely supportive and motivating, positive people, always helpful, up to date knowledge, excited and positive about the future of property investing.

Did the mentorship provide adequate support for both beginner and advanced stages of property investing?
The 3-day course was informative and easy to follow, even for beginners. What I found particularly useful was the guest speakers such as the accountant and solicitor allowing us the opportunity to ask and clarify any conflicting information we found online. I only appreciated the value of the mentorship after my first 1:1 meeting. It was reassuring being able to vocalise my understanding of what I had learnt, set out my goals and discuss how to efficiently action my plan using the strategies learnt. Having direct access to the mentor’s for times of uncertainty is invaluable, when I’m in doubt a quick text or chat is all it takes to make quick decisions.

In short, not knowing where to look or how to start basically. I had a deposit but didn't know how to go about it. What stage are you at now?
We have successfully secured 2 properties 6 months into the mentorship using 2 different strategies that we had learned about on the course. Our primary goal for the next few years is to flip houses. We aim to have our first property on the market by the end of the month just in time to receive keys for our second property.

I have used a JV partner to flip a property in a different way than I ever knew existed. This has given me a real true insight as to what needs to happen. A strategy I didn't know was possible before attending the Ni property academy.

My biggest challenge was finding reliable, local property investing knowledge. I spent months reading and following influencers, but their information wasn’t applicable to NI. The more I learned online, the more frustrated I became, searching for a local investor willing to share knowledge.
